I tried to withdraw my money 2 months ago, it was 4500 AUD. They approve at first time, and after a two weeks waIting, I still dont see my money in my bank account. So I start ask their customer service, then they denied my withdraw and ask my ID approve.
So I provide everything they ask and start withdraw again (It takes me 10 email and a week time contract with them, because they reply so slow and keep asking for more info from me)
Then they approve my withdraw again, and after other two weeks waiting they denied my withdraw again for no reason. I ask them and they just ignore my request or tell me to wait.
Is been two months now.... I have 7500 AUD in my account which i want to withdraw but they wont let me do it
