Withdrawal pending for well over 24hours

Dear Ask Gamblers,

I have played on 21 BIt casino on and off from 2023. In 2023 I have made some withdrawals.
This week I had a good win and requested withdrawal of 2500 EUR. I have withdrawn in 2023, 4K EUR in a single transaction, so the amount of 2500 EUR is not too big for single transaction.
As per their website they process the withdrawal in 24 hours, however it is now close to 48 hours and withdrawal is still pending. I have tried to contact my VIP agent as well as general support email, however no reply for more then 24 hours. I am attaching below screenshot of my account and the withdrawal oending as well as their automated email that zhey got the withdrawal request. In case you need any additional information let me know. By the way...they dont even have livechat.

1. Yes withdrawal was recieved.
2. VIP manager has never contacted me as promised in your reply, nor have I recived any replies to my multiple e-mails to support and VIP agent.
3. Payment provider has nothing to do with withdrawal PENDING. Pending means that your team has not processed it. Once withdrawal is showing ACCEPTED then yes, then its to payment provider how long it takes.
4. Live chat non exiatant on your site.

Taking all above into consideration, I will not return to play on your site.

I have taken a look through your account and can confirm that your withdrawal was approved by our payments team on the 20th of May.

However, the payment provider determines the time it takes for the actual amount to be credited to your payment account. For example, transferring money to a credit card can take up to 5 days. Meanwhile, bank transfers may take 5-7 business days.
