Asking the impossible again


I am trying to make a withdrawal keeps getting, which I have done before. I have had my withdrawal cancelled three times with a different reason each time. First they asked for address verification which I have already been verified. Second cancellation they asked for a Skrill receipt showing my deposit. I have never deposited with Skrill so how can I provide a receipt. The last one was cancelled now asking for a paysafe deposit receipt which again I haven’t done. I have deposited with a verified credit card and have already had a payout through a verified bank transfer. They are asking for documents that don’t exist in order not to pay me out

As it stands, it’s still unresolved. I got asked for further verification documentation. I had to take a screenshot of my online profile as a form of email verification. (See attached) Not only is my email been verified multiple times before, I have never been asked for it that way as a document. The email came from a new person entering the discussion. I really apologise for not updating here. I was going too today if nothing changed. We are in opposite Timezones.
