submitted withdrawal for 700usd, been waiting since 13/8 until now, casino first say 72hours withdrawal time frame , way past and when enquire to their CS , been the same story about verification and escalation to their payment team, despite having submitted all my documents for verification weeks before hand , till now no response and no update. while casino continue to suck fast deposit , withdrawal like how some of the other reviewer here , it's a nightmare. since after a few rounds of follow up enquiry to their cs yield nothing , and they only give the same response as escalation and waiting for payment team, which I think they have no means at all to pay us back our withdrawal, therefore stalling with the same excuse hoping you would give up and click their refund to account button , which amazingly its instant and losing them back.

Hi ,
As per a separate email communication by Alexander to me , the money will be SWIFT transfer into my local account which will take 2-7 business days. I will be keeping this tread open and update accordingly until this issue is finally concluded/money received.
