Cheque cannot be collected for over 2 months now


I received check for my winnings on 11/21/17 for 1400 went to deposit at my bank and my bank sent it outfor collections I understand it takes 4 to 6 weeks cause happen before but now two months and still no money my bank said the issuing bank received the check on 11/27/17 they to be collected and my bank can’t do anything they have to wait for the bank tomcredit my acct grande Vegas says the check still shows not cashed and when they respond tommy emails they want verification so I sent a copy of of the collection receipt also said there’s nothing wrong with the check if there’s nothing wrong with the check why doesn’t the bank credit my bank Acct and keep
Getting same response from them likes it my fault I’m out 1400 dollars sending copy of collection recipet and grande Vegas email

According to our records, you recently sent an email confirming that you had received your payment. Can you please let us know if the check you are mentioning here for $1,400 is the one you emailed about? Did you receive the funds from the $1,400 check?
