Hi, my complaint is because I never received my 7500$cad I withdrawal. It’s begin on april 11, I did a withdrawal of 7500$ ( account was fully verify at this point) on wednesday april 16, I received an other email said me to send selfie, with identity proof, I did it. They approved the document, I did the withdrawal of 7500$ cad again. Still pending since this date. Email a lot of time the support of 1 red casino. First time they said, theres a lot withdrawal so theres delay, after that I receive an email said me the financial team as technical issue. So still waiting for my withdrawal approve.

Finaly, receive a whtrawal of 2250 yesterday the daily limit have change since the time Inwithdrawal my 7500$, so yesterday I made another 2250$ of withdrawal. Let see if I will receive it

Update, now the new limit per day fir withdrawal is 2250$cad. So I withdrawal that. Hope now the cash out will be approve
