I made withdrawal on the 21st December 2024 of R10000 and 2nd withdrawal on the 22nd December of R19200 which were all approved but I haven't received the money in my bank account, am verified and I have made a successful withdrawal previously I have been communicating with the VIP Manager who 7days ago said he has sent the problem to the higher department and 3 days ago he said the is no reponse

Regarding the situation: the client indeed initiated the withdrawal, we sent the funds and the withdrawal is in the confirmed status. However, since the client states that he has not received these payments, we have contacted the payment provider about these payments and are waiting for a response from them.

Of course, we want to continue cooperation with the client and resolve this situation so that the client is satisfied. Therefore, we are checking this situation fully and it will be resolved shortly

How long is shortly for because since the 2nd of January I sent the VIP Manager my bank statement to show that the was no money deposited in my bank account and he said the matter was sent to higher department
