Hi,
I am writing to you because I registered on 1red to place sports bets but I have not been able to place a single bet: all my bets, pre-match or live, are systematically refused, even for €1.
So I requested a withdrawal after successfully completing the validation steps.
However, the bookmaker refuses to pay me because I have not played 3 times the amount of my deposit, which I cannot do since he has blocked my bets.
He tells me that I can play on the casino but I did not register for that at all: it is not fair of them.
I accept that he does not let me bet but the least he can do is that in exchange he gives me my money back.
