Withdraw request was denied 4x times

Hello, Grand Macao Casino keeps making up new reasons to sequestrate my money (891 euros). First there was the so-called "verification process" by the finance department which took about 3 months (!) and is now over, then they told me they couldn't pay me because I had "drastically reduced" my activity at the casino lately (of course I had, why shouldn't I under such conditions ?!), so I played every day for about 2 weeks and after that my latest withdrawal request was denied again without any explanation (and I'm not interested in asking them what their new excuse is, I just want my money back after 5 months of plain nightmare...). I want to say Im very disappointed in this site, i made $5500 Profit made a withdraw request of $2500 and each time i got my $ in $500 increments However now I have $1500 left in my acc, i requested a withdraw for full amount and was declined receiving email from finance dept giving me some BS story that my account is under review I emailed the finance dept over 2weeks ago and no response. customer service can't help me what i don't understand is why my acc is "under review" now after 5months of withdrawing money I don't recommend this site to anyone until this issue is resolved!!

Hello, Here is my story: I have opened account at grand macao casino and deposited 200EUR, then got bonus. I have seen that there's no cashout button so I contacted support and they said that I have to verify my ID first. OK I have sent all docs, waited a week then my account has been BANNED!! and I am sending them e-mails (3 or 4 for now) and they have never reply to any. So generally I have deposited 200EUR and they steal those by locking my account and not answering.

I have £3000 sitting in my Grand Macao Casino account and they will not release it, they just cancel the withdrawal requests. I had $5000 of which they allowed $500 to be released every 2 weeks until now. They have cancelled my transaction and released nothing without an explanation - which is theft. I have not even received the amount which I deposited with them!

i won 1260 after depositing and completed play through they paid me 500 i played the 260 through now they won't pay me the other 500. i waited the 10 business days for the approval of the other 500 after 15 business days they said my account has to be reviewed for 90 business days and they refuse to pay the other 500

On June 27, 2014 I made a first deposit of $75 and was fortunate enough to be able to withdraw $2000, after several weeks only 500 was sent to me, they said it was the finance dept. decision to sent me increments of 500 and I have to request the withdrawal for each increment and the processing time is the same for each request, after all this the final 500 was denied 3 times without a reason given, it is now once again back in my playable balance because AGAIN it was denied. This was all won fair and square if it wasn't then the other 1500 would have been denied also. I'm a daily gamer and have never had so many problems with a casino. All I want is to withdraw the final 500 without anymore problems or denials. Thank you for your help in this matter.
