Winwin Sportsbook - Cannot complete KYC because the security team is not responding

Hello dear Askgamblers team

I try to explain my case as simply and accurately as possible. Recently, i registered an account at winwin.bet website and deposited 9605 RUB into my account using DGB cryptocurrency. I managed to make my balance to 58000 RUB without using any bonus or promotional programs. Then i tried to withdraw from my account and i was asked to email the security team and provide documents.So i did this and provided a photo of my ID.Next they asked me to take a picture of myself and my ID card with the background of emails from security. I sent the photos with all the details and requested items , but they asked for more and more pictures.So far i have sent them more than 25 pictures but none of these pictures were accepted and ultimately, they told me :

" Without providing the requested files, any further actions are impossible. All further messages from you will be ignored."

Since then, I have sent them 5 more pictures and asked why my photos are not being accepted, but they have not returned my email. I hope AskGamblers can help me get my funds back. Once again, I insist I have not won anything from the bonus and have only played with my real balance.
