Withdrawal not received since 5 days and no customer support
Iam filing this complaint against Stake Sportsbook regarding my INR withdrawal, which has still not been credited to my bank account despite more than 3 days having passed since I requested the withdrawal.
I have contacted Stake’s customer support multiple times through live chat and other available channels, but I have received only automated responses or no meaningful assistance. No clear explanation has been provided for the delay, nor has any expected resolution time been communicated.
This is completely unacceptable, as the funds have been deducted from my Stake account but have not reached my bank account. I request an immediate investigation into this matter and the prompt release of my funds. If the withdrawal has failed, the amount should be refunded to my Stake account without further delay.
I expect a prompt resolution to this issue. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will be compelled to escalate it further with the relevant consumer protection and regulatory authorities.
