I am seeking assistance with an unresolved withdrawal issue with Stake.com.

On 11 October 2026, I initiated a withdrawal of ₹40,000. The payment documentation I received showed ₹38,000, and Stake support explained that ₹2,000 had been deducted as transaction fees. However, the ₹38,000 never reached my bank account.

I contacted Stake support several times and followed their instructions. I provided my bank statement, transaction screenshots, withdrawal details, and the additional information requested by their Payments Team.

After further communication, I was informed that my account would be placed under review and that, once the review was complete, the amount would be reprocessed to my bank account. I was also told that the review could take between 2–3 days and a couple of weeks. During this period, I would not be able to log in to my account or place bets.

It has now been approximately a week, and I am still waiting for a clear update on the status of my funds and the review process.

I understand that payment investigations and account reviews can take time. I have cooperated with the requests made by the support team and submitted the documentation requested from me. However, the continued uncertainty about my money has become concerning.

What I am requesting

1. A clear update on the current status of my account review.

2. Confirmation that my withdrawal is being processed and that the funds have been accounted for.

3. A realistic estimated timeframe for the funds to reach my bank account.

4. Confirmation that I will receive progress updates through my registered email address.

I am not looking to create unnecessary conflict. I simply want my funds returned and a clear explanation of what is happening.

My account on Stake is fully verified

The platform has placed my account into 'banking disabled mode' due to their third-party payment provider restrictions in India.

I have a legitimate remaining cash balance of 13,000 INR. Internal live support has refused to help me withdraw my funds, stating, 'there is nothing we can do on our end,' and closing my tickets when I ask for a supervisor.

Under Stake's regulatory framework, a technical breakdown of an automated payment gateway does not give the operator the right to permanently trap or forfeit a verified player's money.

Since automated INR withdrawals are offline, I am requesting that a Stake corporate manager manually settle my 13,000 INR balance. I will accept a manual bank payout via IMPS or a backend conversion into Litecoin (ltc) or USDT credited to my account so I can withdraw.

All identity and address verifications are already fully approved on my profile

Stake marked my withdrawal as 'Successful' but the funds never arrived in my bank. I provided my bank statement as proof.

Support stated they are 'checking with the payment provider' and have completely ignored my emails for 4 days without providing a UTR number or Ticket ID not resolved and not responding, completely ignoring.
