Account access and outstanding funds

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with my existing NitroBet account.

Before I lost access to the account, I had approximately €1,000 remaining balance and an additional €500 pending withdrawal.

I was able to access my account normally, but suddenly I could no longer log in. The previous NitroBet website now shows a 403 Forbidden message stating that the website is not accepting visitors from my country.

I also tried the new MyNitro website using my existing login details, but I am unable to access my account there as well.

I have not created a new account and I am not trying to place any new bets or make deposits. I only want access to my existing account and to receive the funds that are owed to me.

I have already contacted Nitro Support and requested clarification regarding:

* the status of my account,

* my remaining balance,

* the €500 pending withdrawal, and

* how I can withdraw the remaining funds.

I would appreciate AskGamblers’ assistance in contacting the casino and clarifying what has happened to my account and how I can withdraw my funds.

I can provide screenshots showing the account balance, pending withdrawal, the 403 error and my communication with NitroBet.

Hello,

I would like to provide an update regarding my complaint.

NitroBet has now contacted me and provided me with a new website link for my country. I have successfully logged in to my existing account again.

Therefore, the access issue appears to be resolved for the moment.

I would like to put the complaint on hold for now. I will monitor my account and the pending withdrawal and will provide another update if any further issue occurs.
