I am filing this complaint regarding NitroBet Casino and their complete lack of response regarding my pending withdrawal of €1,500. My account has been fully verified for quite some time, and I complied with all KYC requirements well before initiating the withdrawal.

On 27 June, I requested a withdrawal of €500. Since then, I have been trying to contact NitroBet Casino through every available channel – email, live chat, and WhatsApp – but I have received no response whatsoever. It has now been over a week without a single reply or update from the casino.

This level of communication is unacceptable for any legitimate operator. Ignoring customer support requests for this long, especially when real money is involved, raises serious concerns about the casino's practices and intentions.

I am requesting that NitroBet Casino immediately process my €1,500 withdrawal and provide a clear explanation for the delay. I also urge the AskGamblers team to step in and assist in resolving this issue.
