I am filing this complaint against Lanista Casino regarding a withdrawal request that has been pending for 9 days. Despite the live chat initially confirming that everything is in order with my account and my withdrawal request, the payment has not been processed.
The support repeatedly claimed the delay was due to a high volume of requests, but lately, the live chat has become completely unreachable for me. This lack of communication and the breach of their own processing timeframes (usually stated as much shorter in their T&Cs) is unacceptable. I request the immediate processing of my funds."

That is not correct. Please notice that this is a credit card statement.

In the relevant statement from April, there is only one incoming transa­cti­on—­spe­cif­ically the payment of the outstanding credit card balance from my bank account, which is labeled with a '-' and named as "ZAHLUNG PER LASTSCHRIFT".

The exact amount shown at the end of page 1 on the March statement matches the amount deducted on April 15.

Everything else consists of OUTGOING transactions, i.e., payments made from the credit card. This is clearly visible, and the statement has already been provided to AskGamblers.

Again, I do not have any influence on how the transactions are named by the credit card company.

Thank you for providing the documents. However, we noticed that the PalWallet transaction on 31.03 is listed as an incoming transaction. Because this was a deposit made to us, it should be recorded on your statement as an outgoing transaction. Could you please double-check this or provide a statement showing the outgoing funds?

Transaction history consists of incoming and outgoing transactions. The incoming transactions are displayed with "+' while the outgoing transactions ( ones that leave the bank account) are displayed with "-" .

If you use PalWallet as a digital wallet or third-party method to deposit funds into an external service (like an exchange, betting site, or broker) using a credit card, the descriptor on your statement will show the merchant of record (the name of the company you are buying from) rather than "PalWallet".

Therefore, we cannot accept the transaction history you provided, as it does not show an outgoing transaction from your bank account to our platform.

So we are still waiting for Transaction history of CC *7635 ( period of 10.03 - 10.04.26) with all incoming and outgoing transactions visible, including the deposit made to us.

Dear Lanista, as my credit card company only offers MONTHLY STATEMENTS, I can send the statement for March and the statement for April. These 2 statements cover completely the mentioned period. I do not get other documents from my credit card company.
The statements were uploaded by me several times online on your webpage and rejected, even though they are the requested original pdf documents. Please let me know if I should upload the two documents, that you already have, again, or if you finally, after two and a half months now, proceed with my withdrawal.

Again, please also provide me with the details of your licensing authority so that I can contact them as well.
