Delayed withdrawal and repeated account access issues


Dear AskGamblers Team,

I would like to file a complaint regarding my experience with Lanista.

On 19 June 2026, I requested a withdrawal of €200 via bank transfer. The withdrawal is still pending and has not been processed.

Before that, on 22 June 2026, my account was suddenly closed, and I was unable to log in. I contacted the support team several times and eventually regained access to my account. However, the withdrawal remained pending.

Since then, I have contacted Lanista multiple times via email. Every response has been a standard message stating that:

* My funds are safe,

* My case has been forwarded to the relevant department,

* I will be informed as soon as there is an update.

Despite waiting for more than two weeks, I have not received:

* any specific reason for the delay,

* any estimated completion date,

* any request for additional verification documents,

* or any meaningful update regarding my withdrawal.

I have remained patient, cooperated fully, and contacted the casino politely on several occasions. Unfortunately, I continue to receive only generic responses without any real progress.

I kindly ask AskGamblers to assist me in obtaining either the processing of my pending withdrawal or a clear explanation and a realistic timeframe for resolving this matter.
