Wrong result bet need to be void instead of lost

The rule now suddenly appears at the very bottom of the Sportsbetting section, which makes the situation even more suspicious.

I would like to formally object to the decision to void one of my bets, based on a rule that was never part of your general terms and conditions at the time the bet was placed.

You suddenly added this specific rule afterwards and are now using it as justification to declare the bet invalid. I have repeatedly asked where exactly this rule was stated in your terms and conditions at the time of the bet. I never received a clear answer — only the repeated claim that my bet was “wrong” or “invalid.”

This is unacceptable. A rule cannot be applied retroactively to justify the voiding of a bet that was valid and active under the original conditions.

I request that this be corrected and that my valid bet be paid out as it should. I am ready to provide all necessary evidence, including screenshots and communication history.

Thank you for your follow-up message and for bringing your additional concern to our attention.

We understand your question regarding the selection on Adeyemi and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the matter.

Please note that your bet was placed using the Bet Builder feature, which allows multiple selections from the same event to be combined into one betslip. According to rule 16.23 of our Terms and Conditions:

“The Bet Builder feature gives the player the opportunity to combine selections from the same event into one betslip. If one selection that participates in a Bet Builder betslip is void/push, then the whole betslip is void/push as well, REGARDLESS of the outcome of the other selections that participate in the Bet Builder.”

As such, once the selection on Undav was voided following our reassessment, the entire betslip – including the selection on Adeyemi – was also voided automatically. This is a standard rule applicable to all Bet Builder bets and ensures consistent settlement practices.

The €1072 amount credited to your account corresponds to the void settlement of your total stake, in line with this rule.

We hope this clears up any confusion.
