I am filing a complaint regarding an incorrectly settled bet by Greatwin during the France vs Germany match.
I placed a player bet on:
• Undav – Over 1.5 shots on target
• Adeyemi – Over 2.5 shots
Undav did not start the match (he was on the bench), which is important because your official Terms and Conditions clearly state:
16.6.8 “Bets on player passes, tackles, cards, assists, and shots will be settled based on official game statistics (including extra time if applicable). Bets are void if the player is not in the starting lineup.”
Despite this, Greatwin settled the Undav bet as lost, instead of void, which is a direct violation of your own terms. Because of this error, my entire combination bet was wrongly marked as lost.
I have already contacted support, but they refused to correct it and ignored your own published rules.
All evidence has been submitted as screenshots, including:
• The bet slip
• Match data showing Undav did not start
• The screenshot of your official Terms and Conditions
I kindly ask for a review and request that my bet be corrected and paid out as it should have been.
