delaying a minor 25 USDT withdrawal for over 5 days without valid

I requested a minor crypto withdrawal of 25.00 USDT via the BEP20 network on June 20, 2026. Today is June 25, 2026, and the transaction is still stuck on "Under Review" (Stage 2).

According to GreatWin's Terms and Conditions, financial processing should take between 1 to 3 business days. They have officially exceeded this timeframe.

I have contacted live support multiple times, and despite receiving an email from them stating that my request was "forwarded to speed up," no actual progress has been made. There is absolutely no technical or security justification to hold a tiny 25 USDT cryptocurrency payout for 5 consecutive days. It seems like a clear tactic to delay and force the player to reverse the withdrawal.

I am requesting ASKGAMBLERS 's mediation to help me get my funds approved and released to my wallet.

Update: Even though the casino support didn't reply here, I want to confirm that my withdrawal has finally been approved and the funds arrived in my wallet today. Thank you ASKGAMBLERS for this platform. The case can now be closed as resolved.

Update: I am constantly checking my account, but the withdrawal is still 'Under review'. I contact their live chat and email support daily, but I only receive repetitive, template answers with no real solution. It has now been 10 days for a simple $25 USDT payout. I will post any further updates here

Very Delayed Payment

Greatwin has been delaying my withdrawal for over a week, they haven't even asked for my documents which would hasten the withdrawal process. The payment is well overdue, and support keeps giving generic responses with no resolution. This is unacceptable—players deserve timely payouts. Please investigate!"

Wrong result bet need to be void instead of lost

I am filing a complaint regarding an incorrectly settled bet by Greatwin during the France vs Germany match.

I placed a player bet on:

• Undav – Over 1.5 shots on target

• Adeyemi – Over 2.5 shots

Undav did not start the match (he was on the bench), which is important because your official Terms and Conditions clearly state:

16.6.8 “Bets on player passes, tackles, cards, assists, and shots will be settled based on official game statistics (including extra time if applicable). Bets are void if the player is not in the starting lineup.”

Despite this, Greatwin settled the Undav bet as lost, instead of void, which is a direct violation of your own terms. Because of this error, my entire combination bet was wrongly marked as lost.

I have already contacted support, but they refused to correct it and ignored your own published rules.

All evidence has been submitted as screenshots, including:

• The bet slip

• Match data showing Undav did not start

• The screenshot of your official Terms and Conditions

I kindly ask for a review and request that my bet be corrected and paid out as it should have been.
