I want to complaint against GGbet for unfair treatment and delaying my withdrawal intentionally. From last two weeks they are troubling me. I requested a withdrawal two weeks back and they rejected that in the name of KYC. Then I completed my KYC and requested a withdrawal of Rs 5890, it was pending for two days and then got rejected. When I asked them they told me there is some technical error. I don’t understand why they are making excuses again and again. Now I have requested a withdrawal again which is still pending from last two days. I request you to look into this so this time they don’t make any excuse and complete my withdrawal.

There is a timeframe for everything. Today it's been more than 72 hours but your so called checks has not been completed. If your checks will not be completed for a week does it mean I need to wait for my withdrawal for a week?

I'm filing this complaint against GGbet regarding a significant delay in processing my withdrawal request.

On 28.10.2026, I requested a withdrawal of 172.63 euros.

I have already completed all the verification they want from me, and my account is verified.

When I contacted the support team, I received responses stating that the withdrawal is "under review" without any concrete explanation or timeline.

I have issues like every other GGBET customer with my withdrawals. In the beginning i almost got my withdrawals instantly. After i start winning it takes more time. Alot more time. I have two pending withdrawals for many days now and its just 'in progress'. Nothing happens. Customer service read from a script and just say wait 5 days. But it dosent take 5 days when they always payout within hours. I cant get any help and after reading all the reviews online im starting to fear i never see my money.

Cannot withdraw my 300 USD winnings

I tried to withdraw my $300 winnings, but they wouldn't let me.

First attempt was rejected after 7 days of being "in progress". Their customer support assured me the whole time that I'd receive it within 7 days.

Second attempt is still pending, but it's already been 6 days and honestly it's frustrating and exhausting to have to check the status of my withdrawal every hour, hoping it'd be successful.

When I reached out to their support, they gave the same generic excuse they gave to other players who complained about their withdrawals. They'd just blame their "payment provider" and say it's because of technical difficulties. No assurance or accountability whatsoever. It's extremely frustrating, especially because of the fact that it's 2026 and these guys take their sweet time before giving you your winnings.

Hello, I want to file a complaint about a delay in Withdrawal. The first one was released on July 17, the other two are from July 20 and 21, a total of 395 euros. The account is fully verified. I wrote to them and they said the same thing every time: to wait and that it takes time. The money was released via Neteller and I see no reason for it to take so long, except for deliberately hoping that I would give up. Despite full verification, my withdrawal requests remain in "New" status and unprocessed.

I have since submitted further withdrawal requests which I am not including in this complaint, as they are more recent. However, they are also sitting in "New" status, which indicates the problem is ongoing rather than isolated to these four transactions.

Background:

My withdrawals were previously processed reliably, often within hours, and GGBet has paid out a good sum to me historically — confirming that my account, identity and payment methods are fully legitimate and verified. Following a period of consistent winning, my account was limited. After that point, withdrawals slowed and then stopped entirely.

Every time I contact live support I receive only generic, non-specific responses: that "each transaction is reviewed individually," that the agent has "no influence or information" regarding timing, and that I should "just wait." Support has explicitly confirmed to me in writing that "these limits don't affect withdrawals" — yet my withdrawals are not being paid. At no point has any specific reason, estimated timeframe, or escalation route beyond front-line support been provided.

What I am requesting:

Immediate processing and payment of the four withdrawals listed above, or a specific written explanation identifying any term I am alleged to have breached and the exact steps required to resolve it.

I have completed every verification step asked of me and am requesting only funds I legitimately won and requested to withdraw. Screenshots of all pending transactions have been attached.

I am submitting this complaint regarding a delayed withdrawal from GG.BET.

I submitted my withdrawal request on **June 9, 2026**, and as of today, **June 29, 2026**, I still have not received my funds. It has now been **20 days**.

Before submitting this complaint, I contacted GG.BET support several times through both live chat and email. Unfortunately, I have only received generic responses and no meaningful update regarding my withdrawal.

After waiting for 20 days without receiving my funds or any clear timeframe, I no longer feel confident depositing any additional money into my GG.BET account until my previous withdrawal has been completed.

1. Confirm the current status of my withdrawal.
2. Explain the reason for the 20-day delay.
3. Provide a specific timeframe for when I will receive my funds.
