Withdrawal delayed for 20 days
I am submitting this complaint regarding a delayed withdrawal from GG.BET.
I submitted my withdrawal request on **June 9, 2026**, and as of today, **June 29, 2026**, I still have not received my funds. It has now been **20 days**.

**Withdrawal Amount:** 3,000 THB.
Although the withdrawal amount is only **3,000 THB**, it has remained pending for 20 days without any clear explanation.
When I first contacted GG.BET support, I was informed that my withdrawal had been confirmed and that transactions of this type are processed within **5 business days**. I waited as instructed.
However, after the 5-business-day period had already passed, I contacted support again. This time, I was told that the transaction had been transferred to an external payment provider, that it was now beyond GG.BET's control, and that they could not provide any estimated completion date.
As a customer, I find these responses inconsistent. Initially, I was given a clear processing timeframe, but after that timeframe expired, I was simply asked to continue waiting without any explanation of when my funds would actually be received.
Before submitting this complaint, I contacted GG.BET support several times through both live chat and email. Unfortunately, I have only received generic responses and no meaningful update regarding my withdrawal.
After waiting for 20 days without receiving my funds or any clear timeframe, I no longer feel confident depositing any additional money into my GG.BET account until my previous withdrawal has been completed.
I respectfully request that GG.BET:
1. Confirm the current status of my withdrawal.
2. Explain the reason for the 20-day delay.
3. Provide a specific timeframe for when I will receive my funds.
4. Complete my withdrawal as soon as possible.
I have attached screenshots of my conversations with GG.BET support, which confirm the information described above.
I kindly ask AskGamblers to assist in mediating this matter and help resolve my delayed withdrawal.
