I requested a withdrawal of €450 on April 8, 2026, which has now been pending for 7 days and is still marked as "New" without any processing.
This is highly unusual, as I have previously completed three withdrawals using the same Visa method, all processed within 24 hours.
My account is fully verified, and I have not used any bonuses. There are no violations of terms.
I have contacted support multiple times via live chat and email, but I only receive generic responses with no clear explanation or timeframe.
I am simply requesting that my withdrawal be processed.

I confirm that I have received both withdrawals (€450 and €56), and the issue is now resolved.
However, a 20-day withdrawal process is clearly excessive and unacceptable.
The case was resolved only after sustained external pressure, which raises significant concerns about the operator’s reliability.
