Withdrawal not received for more than 15 days

This was requested for withdrawal last October 27, 2025, then moved to In-Progress status last October 29, 2025.

However, until now, I haven't received the funds to my Paymaya account yet.

Was initially advised to wait until Nov 4, 2025, 23:59 UTC, then reach out to support if not yet received after that time.

2-3 days after Nov 4, 2025, I reached out, but all that support can say is to wait since funds have already left the platform, and they have no way to influence when it will reach your account.

This is unacceptable because it is like they don't care as to when you will receive it.

GGBet Delayed Withdrawal of 7600 CNY Since April 13
Dear AskGamblers Team,

First of all, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for providing this platform to help players like me resolve issues with online casinos. I never imagined I would need to file a complaint, but after days of waiting and no clear progress from GGBet, I have no other option but to turn to you for help.

I have been a user of GGBet for some time, with a history of successful deposits and withdrawals on the platform. I have fully completed all required KYC verification steps as requested, and I have never violated any of the platform’s terms and conditions. I have always been patient and cooperative with their processes, but the current situation has left me deeply anxious and frustrated.

On April 13, 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request via USDT TRC20 for an amount of 7600 CNY (approximately 1055 USD).

As of today, this withdrawal request has been pending for 5 full days, with no progress or confirmation that the funds have been processed. I understand that security checks and processing may take some time, but this has far exceeded the normal timeframe for verified users on this platform.

I have reached out to GGBet customer support multiple times to request an estimated timeline for my withdrawal, but they have repeatedly refused to provide any specific timeframe — not even a rough estimate of hours or days. They also confirmed that my withdrawal has not yet been sent to the finance department for processing, and remains stuck in a queue with no clear next steps. They were also unable to provide me with a TxID for the transaction, which has only added to my worry about the safety of my funds.

I have tried my best to stay calm and patient throughout this process, as I know these things can take time. I have never rushed the platform or made unreasonable demands, but after 5 days of waiting with no updates, no timeline, and only generic responses from support, I am increasingly concerned that my withdrawal will never be processed. I have exhausted all options to resolve this directly with GGBet, but they have given me no reassurance and no way to move forward.

I am not here to cause trouble or argue with the platform. I just want to receive my rightful withdrawal as promised. I would be incredibly grateful if AskGamblers could help me escalate this issue to GGBet, urge them to process my withdrawal immediately, or at least provide me with a clear, confirmed timeline for when I can expect my funds.

I am filing a complaint against GGbet Casino due to the fact that my payout has been waiting too long in processing.

On March 22, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 1,600 USDT. GG.bet. verification was requested, I uploaded the required documents, the verification took place quickly enough, less than 24 hours passed after verification was approved, and the money was credited to my account. Then I continued to play. On April 7, I requested 900 USDT again, the KYC that was requested from me was completed again, the money was credited to the account just as quickly, then I immediately requested another 900 USDT and everything was fine again. Immediately after the withdrawal, I requested another withdrawal. It was April 8th, and since then the application status has been displayed as "new". That is, he hung up at one stage, contacted support on the site 3 times, they respond with templates that we see the application, everything is in the order of the queue, no deadlines are called. But as before, all transactions took place in a maximum of 24 hours, and this one has already been hanging in the same status for verification for 8 days. 3 days ago, I submitted another application for 200 USDT, more than 72 hours have passed, but none of the applications have been approved and are undergoing some kind of verification in the finance department. I currently have 6 withdrawal requests totaling 4130 USDT.

Delayed Payment Filed Feb 18 2026 No Movement Up To Now

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I'm bringing to your attention delayed payment I experience with GG.bet sportsbook after exhausting communications with their customer service team, more than a week filed already and no movement in my withdrawal requests.

For reference, I am ID: 33459093 with GG.bet and they deemed me one of their most active and valued customers so much so that they assigned me a personal accounts manager (see file "VIP.jpg" in email sent last Feb 4 2026).

I am also one of their top players and I ended ranked # 6 in the leaderboards of their Olympian competition which ended last Feb 24, 2026 (see file "Tournament.jpg").

I built my bankroll up to the amount it is today Feb 26, 2026 (see file "Bankroll.jpg") which is the equivalent of USD 8,962.33 (see "conversion.png").

I have also been a long-time verified member in terms of KYC (see file "KYC.png") and have had successful withdrawals in the past.

After building my bankroll, I noticed my withdrawal processing time getting more delayed and my last withdrawal transactions filed on the week of Feb 9 to 15 have resulted in rejection (see file "declinedwithdrawals.jpg").

At the moment I have a total of 24 pending withdrawals (which totals approximate USD 6,941.90), the earliest of which was filed February 18, 2026 but up until now has not been processed (still tagged as new). I have listed below the 24 pending withdrawal transactions with their transaction numbers:

I have reached out to their customer service reps but I only get generic replies like "Your withdrawal request is currently pending. Processing times may vary based on regulatory requirements and our internal procedures, as each transaction is reviewed individually. These steps help ensure the security and integrity of all transactions. We appreciate your patience and kindly ask you to wait while we complete the process."

I even ask help from the account manager they assigned to me but even she cannot give specific timeline for withdrawals (see accountmanager.jpg). Although account manager says I should get priority when it comes to withdrawals as a VIP client.

If I am a VIP and valued client as GGbet claims yet they delay my withdrawals like I experience now, imagine what a regular or new player will experience when they withdraw.

All bets were placed normally, without any automation, hedging, multi-accounting, or coordinated betting.
My bonus balance increased to €1,893.45 through settled wagers.
On December 22–23, 2025, GG.BET removed my entire bonus balance.
Customer support stated only:
“According to paragraph 13 of Betting Bonus rules, your bonus balance was removed.”
When I asked:

or what behavior was considered abusive
I was repeatedly told:
“We do not have access to this information.”

No specific violation was identified
No evidence was provided
No bet was voided or marked invalid
No warning was issued
No appeal or review process was offered
Paragraph 13 is a generic discretionary clause, and GG.BET is using it to confiscate funds without transparency, which contradicts fair gambling principles.
I fully understand that bonus funds are conditional. However, fair enforcement requires explanation and proportionality, neither of which were provided.
What I Am Requesting

A full explanation from GG.BET identifying:
the exact rule violated
the specific bets involved
Restoration of the confiscated bonus balance (€1,893.45)
OR, at minimum,
A fair settlement, such as partial reimbursement or conversion of winnings already generated.
