This was requested for withdrawal last October 27, 2025, then moved to In-Progress status last October 29, 2025.
However, until now, I haven't received the funds to my Paymaya account yet.
Was initially advised to wait until Nov 4, 2025, 23:59 UTC, then reach out to support if not yet received after that time.
2-3 days after Nov 4, 2025, I reached out, but all that support can say is to wait since funds have already left the platform, and they have no way to influence when it will reach your account.
This is unacceptable because it is like they don't care as to when you will receive it.
