Winning bet accepted but payout refused due to account verification dispute
After the settlement, the payout was refused. The operator explained that the issue is related to the email address and claimed that my account belongs to a different GG.BET website, despite using the same brand.
During communication with support, I was informed that the email I used does not belong to their site and that I should contact another GG.BET support team. As a result, no assistance regarding the winning bet was provided.
The bet was accepted, not cancelled before the event, and was settled as winning. I am requesting clarification and resolution regarding the unpaid winnings based on the accepted bet.

We have checked your email address, and it is indeed registered on GGBET.UA, not on GGBET.
Regarding your bet: A bet cannot be deleted, as this functionality is not предусмотрена by the website. All actions performed on your account must be recorded in the system.
Your bet exists, it was active and has been successfully settled. However, the payout is not displayed because the bonus balance was removed.
