Waiting more than a week

I am waiting now almost 8 whole days for my 2 withdrawals of 848 and 200e. I am in this 'bussines' for almost 15 years and this has never happened to me before. I also review bookmakers for my followers so i have tried every possible bookie in the world. I have never waited more than 24h for e wallet transaction in my life.

Also the funny thing is i lost money here i am not even in plus and when i gambled and won something (on hard market matches with big limits) i have problems getting to my money and they limited my maxbet to 4-5e(which is ok, this is one of their policies, but withdrawal time is unacceptable).

I will wait a day or two than i will write about my experience to thousands of my followers and on every social media platform. I will also write to Curacao e gaming license and Cyprus authorities. They have no problem taking money but when you make a withdrawal... Big problems.

And btw, i am fully verified, i sent like a lot of documents and selfies to complete kyc.

I still wouldnt put a single cent on their site anymore. They are holding your money almost a month while balance is unchanged, so they clearly want you to gamble this away.

Been contacting gg bets support several times, the answer is always the same, that financial department has not looked at my withdraw.

Delayed withdrawals for almost a month without timeframe

I am submitting a complaint regarding GG.BET due to a very long withdrawal delay.

My withdrawal requests have been pending for almost a month. The operator keeps stating that the delay is related to “security checks” and “internal financial department procedures,” but they are unable to provide any exact timeframe or meaningful explanation.

I have fully cooperated with the platform and complied with all requested procedures. My account has already been used successfully before, and part of my withdrawals were processed earlier, which confirms that my account had already passed verification and previous checks.

However, the remaining balance is still stuck in “processing” status for an unreasonable amount of time.

The total delayed amount is approximately €2219.

Support repeatedly sends generic responses and refuses to provide any concrete deadline for resolution. They also state that they cannot directly contact or influence the financial department handling the withdrawals.

I can provide screenshots of withdrawal statuses and all communication with support if necessary.

I kindly ask AskGamblers to assist in resolving this issue and help obtain a clear explanation and completion of the pending withdrawals.

Regarding the withdrawal delay issue of GGBET

So far, I have never successfully withdrawn any funds from GG.BET. My ID is ID: 80755909, which is a verified account. The earliest withdrawal I made was 75010cfc-d2e5-44da-b3d3-06b607d279cd on May 03 at 12:08, for 40.00 USD. The other two withdrawals were 4dc4d75e-3847-4c46-af7b-eb69d9c8eaa4 and 3ca1f33c-119c-4b30-b878-ccd4596e89a9 on May 05, for 50 USD each.

I followed the customer service advice and changed the withdrawal method to Binance PayOut, but the withdrawal process has remained in the NEW status without any changes. It has already been a full 5 working days, and they always say they are reviewing my withdrawal request. The reality is I have never successfully withdrawn funds on their website. The long wait drags down my funds, and then if I accidentally place bets exceeding the withdrawal amount, it will cause the withdrawal to fail, requiring me to start a new application and go through another long wait.

I have been playing on this website for about a month, recharged three times, but have never successfully withdrawn funds. Now I have started a new withdrawal request, and I will continue to defend my rights until I get the funds that belong to me.

I hope to draw the attention of customer service. A normal casino should not use review procedures as an excuse to delay a customer's funds for such a long time; at the very least, none of the other casinos I have used have ever caused such a long delay.

GGBet Delayed Withdrawal of 7600 CNY Since April 13

They were also unable to provide me with a TxID for the transaction, which has only added to my worry about the safety of my funds.

I have never rushed the platform or made unreasonable demands, but after 5 days of waiting with no updates, no timeline, and only generic responses from support, I am increasingly concerned that my withdrawal will never be processed. I am filing a complaint against GGbet Casino due to the fact that my payout has been waiting too long in processing.

On March 22, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 1,600 USDT. GG.bet. verification was requested, I uploaded the required documents, the verification took place quickly enough, less than 24 hours passed after verification was approved, and the money was credited to my account. Then I continued to play. On April 7, I requested 900 USDT again, the KYC that was requested from me was completed again, the money was credited to the account just as quickly, then I immediately requested another 900 USDT and everything was fine again. Immediately after the withdrawal, I requested another withdrawal. It was April 8th, and since then the application status has been displayed as "new". That is, he hung up at one stage, contacted support on the site 3 times, they respond with templates that we see the application, everything is in the order of the queue, no deadlines are called. I am submitting this complaint regarding a delayed withdrawal.
I requested a withdrawal of €450 on April 8, 2026, which has now been pending for 7 days and is still marked as "New" without any processing.

Delayed Payment Filed Feb 18 2026 No Movement Up To Now

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I'm bringing to your attention delayed payment I experience with GG.bet sportsbook after exhausting communications with their customer service team, more than a week filed already and no movement in my withdrawal requests.

For reference, I am ID: 33459093 with GG.bet and they deemed me one of their most active and valued customers so much so that they assigned me a personal accounts manager (see file "VIP.jpg" in email sent last Feb 4 2026).

I am also one of their top players and I ended ranked # 6 in the leaderboards of their Olympian competition which ended last Feb 24, 2026 (see file "Tournament.jpg").

I built my bankroll up to the amount it is today Feb 26, 2026 (see file "Bankroll.jpg") which is the equivalent of USD 8,962.33 (see "conversion.png").

I have also been a long-time verified member in terms of KYC (see file "KYC.png") and have had successful withdrawals in the past.

After building my bankroll, I noticed my withdrawal processing time getting more delayed and my last withdrawal transactions filed on the week of Feb 9 to 15 have resulted in rejection (see file "declinedwithdrawals.jpg").

At the moment I have a total of 24 pending withdrawals (which totals approximate USD 6,941.90), the earliest of which was filed February 18, 2026 but up until now has not been processed (still tagged as new). I have reached out to their customer service reps but I only get generic replies like "Your withdrawal request is currently pending. Processing times may vary based on regulatory requirements and our internal procedures, as each transaction is reviewed individually. These steps help ensure the security and integrity of all transactions. We appreciate your patience and kindly ask you to wait while we complete the process."

I even ask help from the account manager they assigned to me but even she cannot give specific timeline for withdrawals (see accountmanager.jpg). Although account manager says I should get priority when it comes to withdrawals as a VIP client.

If I am a VIP and valued client as GGbet claims yet they delay my withdrawals like I experience now, imagine what a regular or new player will experience when they withdraw.

Withdraws delayed for more then 14 days

They have not paid out the money for more than 14 days
I have been gambling with this company for about 2 years. All the amounts were small, so I never had any problems with withdrawals — all withdrawals took a maximum of 2 days.
Last month I won larger amounts, and since February 3rd I have been waiting for my withdrawals. It has already been 14 days and they still haven’t paid out. When I write to live chat, I receive the same response every day — that I need to wait — without any explanation.
I no longer trust them. I will not wait any longer and will contact the appropriate authorities and their partners. Maybe someone has had a similar experience and could recommend where to report this for the fastest resolution?

I have made several withdrawal from ggbet, the status is currently In-Progress but to this written post, I still haven't received the withdrawal with a total of $1525. These withdrawals were requested on 20 and 21 December 2025.

Also, to add, there are 2 successful withdrawals that have arrived, which are also made on 20 December (arrived on 23 December), and 21 December (arrived almost immediately). However, these 8 withdrawals haven't arrived.
