So far, I have never successfully withdrawn any funds from GG.BET. My ID is ID: 80755909, which is a verified account. The earliest withdrawal I made was 75010cfc-d2e5-44da-b3d3-06b607d279cd on May 03 at 12:08, for 40.00 USD. The other two withdrawals were 4dc4d75e-3847-4c46-af7b-eb69d9c8eaa4 and 3ca1f33c-119c-4b30-b878-ccd4596e89a9 on May 05, for 50 USD each.
I followed the customer service advice and changed the withdrawal method to Binance PayOut, but the withdrawal process has remained in the NEW status without any changes. It has already been a full 5 working days, and they always say they are reviewing my withdrawal request. The reality is I have never successfully withdrawn funds on their website. The long wait drags down my funds, and then if I accidentally place bets exceeding the withdrawal amount, it will cause the withdrawal to fail, requiring me to start a new application and go through another long wait.
I have been playing on this website for about a month, recharged three times, but have never successfully withdrawn funds. Now I have started a new withdrawal request, and I will continue to defend my rights until I get the funds that belong to me.
I hope to draw the attention of customer service. A normal casino should not use review procedures as an excuse to delay a customer's funds for such a long time; at the very least, none of the other casinos I have used have ever caused such a long delay.
