GGbet delays my withdrawals

Hello,

Firstly, I have to write that I had to open this complaint topic because GGbet live support does not give a concrete reply about my delayed withdrawal requests. I have been using GGbet actively last 8-9 months without any problems.

I deposited a hundred times and withdrew several times. Earlier withdrawals were within 24-36 hours, BUT for now it has been over 8 days, and nothing is happening, and live support does not help at all; you only have to wait, wait, wait.

I have 3 requested withdrawal transactions, but all of them are NEW. The thing that I made 8-9 deposits in a row within 2-3 days, when it comes to withdrawing, they just say Wait, wait.

Again, I have to mention, my withdrawal requests were done within 24-36 hours, 2-3 weeks ago. I would like to continue betting at GGbet, but I will stop placing bets till my transactions are completed.

I have pending withdrawal requests totaling 750 euros.

Please ,I need help. I am devastated

Good morning, I would like to inform the community that I have received the amount. It was frustrating due to the long process but after 21 days I have received. I will contunie to place my bets here at GGbets, I hope I wont face this kind long processes anymore.

A formal 24-hour resolution notice was sent on September 1, 2026, which the platform completely ignored. This delay violates standard payout terms and demonstrates unacceptable support practices.

Gg Bet Delayed Withdrawal 395 euro dont want to give them

Hello, I want to file a complaint about a delay in Withdrawal. The first one was released on July 17, the other two are from July 20 and 21, a total of 395 euros. The account is fully verified. I wrote to them and they said the same thing every time: to wait and that it takes time. The money was released via Neteller and I see no reason for it to take so long, except for deliberately hoping that I would give up. I am a fully verified GGBet customer with ID: 83667125. My KYC verification was completed successfully, including the additional selfie-with-ID and handwritten confirmation the GG bet team specifically requested. Despite full verification, my withdrawal requests remain in "New" status and unprocessed.

I have since submitted further withdrawal requests which I am not including in this complaint, as they are more recent. However, they are also sitting in "New" status, which indicates the problem is ongoing rather than isolated to these four transactions.

Background:

My withdrawals were previously processed reliably, often within hours, and GGBet has paid out a good sum to me historically — confirming that my account, identity and payment methods are fully legitimate and verified. Following a period of consistent winning, my account was limited. After that point, withdrawals slowed and then stopped entirely.

Every time I contact live support I receive only generic, non-specific responses: that "each transaction is reviewed individually," that the agent has "no influence or information" regarding timing, and that I should "just wait." Support has explicitly confirmed to me in writing that "these limits don't affect withdrawals" — yet my withdrawals are not being paid. At no point has any specific reason, estimated timeframe, or escalation route beyond front-line support been provided.

What I am requesting:

Immediate processing and payment of the four withdrawals listed above, or a specific written explanation identifying any term I am alleged to have breached and the exact steps required to resolve it.

I have completed every verification step asked of me and am requesting only funds I legitimately won and requested to withdraw. Screenshots of all pending transactions have been attached.

I am submitting this complaint regarding a delayed withdrawal from GG.BET.

I submitted my withdrawal request on **June 9, 2026**, and as of today, **June 29, 2026**, I still have not received my funds. It has now been **20 days**.

However, after the 5-business-day period had already passed, I contacted support again. This time, I was told that the transaction had been transferred to an external payment provider, that it was now beyond GG.BET's control, and that they could not provide any estimated completion date.

As a customer, I find these responses inconsistent. Initially, I was given a clear processing timeframe, but after that timeframe expired, I was simply asked to continue waiting without any explanation of when my funds would actually be received.

Before submitting this complaint, I contacted GG.BET support several times through both live chat and email. Unfortunately, I have only received generic responses and no meaningful update regarding my withdrawal.

After waiting for 20 days without receiving my funds or any clear timeframe, I no longer feel confident depositing any additional money into my GG.BET account until my previous withdrawal has been completed.

I respectfully request that GG.BET:

1. Confirm the current status of my withdrawal.
2. Explain the reason for the 20-day delay.
3. Provide a specific timeframe for when I will receive my funds.
4. Complete my withdrawal as soon as possible.

Delayed withdrawals for almost a month without timeframe

I am submitting a complaint regarding GG.BET due to a very long withdrawal delay.

My withdrawal requests have been pending for almost a month. The operator keeps stating that the delay is related to “security checks” and “internal financial department procedures,” but they are unable to provide any exact timeframe or meaningful explanation.

I have fully cooperated with the platform and complied with all requested procedures. My account has already been used successfully before, and part of my withdrawals were processed earlier, which confirms that my account had already passed verification and previous checks.

However, the remaining balance is still stuck in “processing” status for an unreasonable amount of time.

The total delayed amount is approximately €2219.

Support repeatedly sends generic responses and refuses to provide any concrete deadline for resolution. They also state that they cannot directly contact or influence the financial department handling the withdrawals.

I can provide screenshots of withdrawal statuses and all communication with support if necessary.

Regarding the withdrawal delay issue of GGBET

So far, I have never successfully withdrawn any funds from GG.BET. My ID is ID: 80755909, which is a verified account. The earliest withdrawal I made was 75010cfc-d2e5-44da-b3d3-06b607d279cd on May 03 at 12:08, for 40.00 USD. The other two withdrawals were 4dc4d75e-3847-4c46-af7b-eb69d9c8eaa4 and 3ca1f33c-119c-4b30-b878-ccd4596e89a9 on May 05, for 50 USD each.

I followed the customer service advice and changed the withdrawal method to Binance PayOut, but the withdrawal process has remained in the NEW status without any changes. It has already been a full 5 working days, and they always say they are reviewing my withdrawal request. The reality is I have never successfully withdrawn funds on their website. The long wait drags down my funds, and then if I accidentally place bets exceeding the withdrawal amount, it will cause the withdrawal to fail, requiring me to start a new application and go through another long wait.

I have been playing on this website for about a month, recharged three times, but have never successfully withdrawn funds. Now I have started a new withdrawal request, and I will continue to defend my rights until I get the funds that belong to me.

I hope to draw the attention of customer service. A normal casino should not use review procedures as an excuse to delay a customer's funds for such a long time; at the very least, none of the other casinos I have used have ever caused such a long delay.
