I have fully completed all required KYC verification steps as requested, and I have never violated any of the platform’s terms and conditions. I have always been patient and cooperative with their processes, but the current situation has left me deeply anxious and frustrated.
On April 13, 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request via USDT TRC20 for an amount of 7600 CNY (approximately 1055 USD).

As of today, this withdrawal request has been pending for 5 full days, with no progress or confirmation that the funds have been processed. I understand that security checks and processing may take some time, but this has far exceeded the normal timeframe for verified users on this platform.
I have reached out to GGBet customer support multiple times to request an estimated timeline for my withdrawal, but they have repeatedly refused to provide any specific timeframe — not even a rough estimate of hours or days. They also confirmed that my withdrawal has not yet been sent to the finance department for processing, and remains stuck in a queue with no clear next steps. They were also unable to provide me with a TxID for the transaction, which has only added to my worry about the safety of my funds.
I have tried my best to stay calm and patient throughout this process, as I know these things can take time. I have never rushed the platform or made unreasonable demands, but after 5 days of waiting with no updates, no timeline, and only generic responses from support, I am increasingly concerned that my withdrawal will never be processed.
