I am submitting a complaint regarding GG.BET due to a very long withdrawal delay.
My withdrawal requests have been pending for almost a month. The operator keeps stating that the delay is related to “security checks” and “internal financial department procedures,” but they are unable to provide any exact timeframe or meaningful explanation.
I have fully cooperated with the platform and complied with all requested procedures. My account has already been used successfully before, and part of my withdrawals were processed earlier, which confirms that my account had already passed verification and previous checks.
However, the remaining balance is still stuck in “processing” status for an unreasonable amount of time.
The total delayed amount is approximately €2219.
Support repeatedly sends generic responses and refuses to provide any concrete deadline for resolution. They also state that they cannot directly contact or influence the financial department handling the withdrawals.
I can provide screenshots of withdrawal statuses and all communication with support if necessary.
I kindly ask AskGamblers to assist in resolving this issue and help obtain a clear explanation and completion of the pending withdrawals.

GG.BET paid only part of my withdrawals, but the latest withdrawal requests (€150 and €500), which had been pending for almost a month, were rejected again with the explanation "technical problems."
After waiting for such a long time, I tried to continue playing. However, my betting limits had been significantly reduced. In most cases I was only allowed to place very small bets (€1, €2, €7, or €10), and only occasionally higher amounts. This made normal gameplay impossible and gave me the impression that my account had been heavily restricted after I started winning and stopped making new deposits.
I have now stopped playing on this platform. At the moment I still have a pending withdrawal of €169 and I am concerned that I may have to wait another month for its processing.
Throughout this process I have repeatedly contacted support, but I have received only generic responses and no clear timeframe for payment. The issue remains unresolved and I ask AskGamblers to keep this complaint open until all outstanding funds are paid.
