It's been 2 months trying to withdraw my money.
After a 100 EUR deposit, I made 350 EUR.
I've got a fully verified account, they even asked me to buy water in the nearest shop and send them a selfie proving I'm indeed in the jurisdiction.
I've provided all the docs & selfies and have been fully verified. I had never opened any other account.
Timeline:
May 11th - WD requested to Binance Pay
June 4th - "Please be informed that your withdrawal request was rejected due to technical reasons." 🤡
June 7th - New WD requested to USDT (ERC20) wallet
June 25th - More BS from them "It should be completed/approved at the earliest possible opportunity ... bla bla"
How in the earth "reputable" brand processing 350 EUR via crypto from a fully verified account over 40+ days 🤯 ?!
Dear all,
As apparent from the submitter's latest post, the AskGamblers Complaint Team is pleased to announce the case has been resolved and closed.
We thank both parties for their assistance during the complaint process.
Please be assured that we treat every request - regardless of the amount - with full attention, and we never aim to delay withdrawals unnecessarily. Our recommendation not to use funds after submitting a withdrawal request is a standard guideline intended to prevent automatic cancellations due to balance changes.
We’re pleased to inform you that your withdrawal has now been successfully processed. We truly hope that this outcome has helped restore some confidence in our platform and improved your overall experience.
If there’s anything else we can do to assist you further, we remain fully available. Thank you for your time and for giving us the opportunity to address your concerns.
My experience is to WARN EVERYONE who ever considering depositing to GG.BET. The amount of discomfort, anxiety you caused over simple 350 EUR crypto WD, we can't tolerate in this industry. Imagine having €15,000 trying to get out of you ... shame on you, doing this over 350 EUR!
Your empty claims and accusation if me not having enough balance or your recommendation on "not using funds for gameplay after a withdrawal request has been submitted." Do you think I'm thick?
I've been in gambling industry 20+ years and when I see wrong doing I'm not going to tolerate it. I've been waiting 40 days, before for very 1st time turned to AskGamblers.
You have 48 hours to precess my WD or this goes viral on LinkedIn, tagging all your C-level scumbags who tolerate such behavior.
