350 EUR delayed over fully verified account

It's been 2 months trying to withdraw my money.

After a 100 EUR deposit, I made 350 EUR.

I've got a fully verified account, they even asked me to buy water in the nearest shop and send them a selfie proving I'm indeed in the jurisdiction.

I've provided all the docs & selfies and have been fully verified. I had never opened any other account.

Timeline:

May 11th - WD requested to Binance Pay

June 4th - "Please be informed that your withdrawal request was rejected due to technical reasons." 🤡

June 7th - New WD requested to USDT (ERC20) wallet

June 25th - More BS from them "It should be completed/approved at the earliest possible opportunity ... bla bla"

How in the earth "reputable" brand processing 350 EUR via crypto from a fully verified account over 40+ days 🤯 ?!

My experience is to WARN EVERYONE who ever considering depositing to GG.BET. The amount of discomfort, anxiety you caused over simple 350 EUR crypto WD, we can't tolerate in this industry. Imagine having €15,000 trying to get out of you ... shame on you, doing this over 350 EUR!

Your empty claims and accusation if me not having enough balance or your recommendation on "not using funds for gameplay after a withdrawal request has been submitted." Do you think I'm thick?

I've been in gambling industry 20+ years and when I see wrong doing I'm not going to tolerate it. I've been waiting 40 days, before for very 1st time turned to AskGamblers.

They refuse to withdrawal

I have issues like every other GGBET customer with my withdrawals. In the beginning i almost got my withdrawals instantly. After i start winning it takes more time. Alot more time. I have two pending withdrawals for many days now and its just 'in progress'. Nothing happens. Customer service read from a script and just say wait 5 days. But it dosent take 5 days when they always payout within hours. I cant get any help and after reading all the reviews online im starting to fear i never see my money.

Cannot withdraw my 300 USD winnings

I tried to withdraw my $300 winnings, but they wouldn't let me.

First attempt was rejected after 7 days of being "in progress". Their customer support assured me the whole time that I'd receive it within 7 days.

Second attempt is still pending, but it's already been 6 days and honestly it's frustrating and exhausting to have to check the status of my withdrawal every hour, hoping it'd be successful.

When I reached out to their support, they gave the same generic excuse they gave to other players who complained about their withdrawals. They'd just blame their "payment provider" and say it's because of technical difficulties. No assurance or accountability whatsoever. It's extremely frustrating, especially because of the fact that it's 2026 and these guys take their sweet time before giving you your winnings.

On August 29, support representative "Roger" officially confirmed via email that the withdrawal was completed and funds would arrive within 72 hours.

After 72 hours passed with no funds received, representative "Janice" admitted via email that the support team made an error and confused my request with a different transaction, confirming the $25 payout was still pending.

A formal 24-hour resolution notice was sent on September 1, 2026, which the platform completely ignored. This delay violates standard payout terms and demonstrates unacceptable support practices.

Requested Remedy:

Immediate manual clearance and approval of the $25.00 Skrill withdrawal.

Gg Bet Delayed Withdrawal 395 euro dont want to give them

Hello, I want to file a complaint about a delay in Withdrawal. The first one was released on July 17, the other two are from July 20 and 21, a total of 395 euros. The account is fully verified. I wrote to them and they said the same thing every time: to wait and that it takes time. The money was released via Neteller and I see no reason for it to take so long, except for deliberately hoping that I would give up.
