Withdrawal blocked after changing wagering requirements and lack of support response

I am submitting this complaint because I have been unable to withdraw my funds despite following the instructions provided by the operator.

I made a deposit and later requested a withdrawal. My withdrawal was initially declined with the explanation that I first needed to complete a 1x wagering requirement on my deposit. I accepted this and completed the requested wagering.

After completing it, I requested another withdrawal. This time my withdrawal was rejected again, but now I was informed that I actually needed to complete a 3x wagering requirement instead. This requirement was different from what I had previously been told.

During this process, my balance increased to $462.95 through normal betting. However, every withdrawal request has been rejected while the required wagering conditions have kept changing.

I contacted customer support and also sent an email to the casino requesting clarification. Unfortunately, I have still not received a meaningful response despite waiting several days.

I believe the wagering requirements should be clear and consistent from the beginning. Changing the conditions after I have already complied with the previous instructions is unfair and has prevented me from accessing my funds.

I kindly ask AskGamblers to contact the operator, clarify the correct wagering requirement, and help resolve this matter so I can withdraw my balance.

I would like to file a complaint against Casino Biggerz regarding a delayed withdrawal.

My account is fully verified, and I have complied with all KYC requirements. I made a real money deposit, received a freebet bonus, and placed bets on sports betting. All wagering requirements were completed correctly, and I have a confirmed balance available for withdrawal. I requested a withdrawal 6 days ago, but the casino keeps delaying the payment without providing a clear reason or timeframe. Each time I contact support, I receive generic responses such as “the withdrawal is under review” or “please wait,” without any concrete explanation.

There are no violations of the terms and conditions on my part. I played fairly, followed the bonus rules, and my account remains active and verified.

I am now concerned about the reliability of this casino and kindly ask AskGamblers to assist in resolving this issue and helping me receive my rightful winnings.
