Hello,

I would like to file a complaint against Casino Biggerz regarding a delayed withdrawal.

My account is fully verified, and I have complied with all KYC requirements. I made a real money deposit, received a freebet bonus, and placed bets on sports betting. All wagering requirements were completed correctly, and I have a confirmed balance available for withdrawal. I requested a withdrawal 6 days ago, but the casino keeps delaying the payment without providing a clear reason or timeframe. Each time I contact support, I receive generic responses such as “the withdrawal is under review” or “please wait,” without any concrete explanation.

There are no violations of the terms and conditions on my part. I played fairly, followed the bonus rules, and my account remains active and verified.

I am now concerned about the reliability of this casino and kindly ask AskGamblers to assist in resolving this issue and helping me receive my rightful winnings.

I would like to inform you that BiggerZ Casino has failed to respond to your official request for evidence.

More than 48 hours have passed since you asked them to provide a detailed explanation and supporting proof regarding their accusations against me, yet they have not submitted any response, documentation, or clarification.

Since the moment evidence was requested, the casino has completely stopped communicating.

This lack of cooperation strongly suggests that BiggerZ Casino is unable to substantiate their claims and is deliberately avoiding accountability.

I kindly ask you to take this into consideration when reviewing my complaint and to proceed accordingly.

The bet was placed with real funds on a standard pre-match Euroleague market and was fully settled as WIN before any restriction or “classification” occurred.
You claim “strategy-driven play / bonus abuse at account level” but:
you provide no specific rule reference,
no example of prohibited activity,
and no explanation how bonus abuse is possible when no bonus was used.
The account was fully verified and a withdrawal of 1,660 USDT was successfully processed shortly before this bet, which confirms the account was considered compliant at that time.
Retroactively voiding winnings after a bet is settled as WIN, without citing a concrete rule violation, is not transparent or fair practice.
Stating that internal methods cannot be disclosed does not remove your obligation to clearly explain which published Terms & Conditions were allegedly breached.
Additionally, the contradictory emails received (account closed vs. account allowed to play and withdraw) further demonstrate inconsistency in your handling of this case.
Unless a specific violated rule and factual explanation is provided, this appears to be an unjustified confiscation of winnings rather than a legitimate compliance action.
