Ok , just come up with updates , they asked again for proof of address , done , next day they asked for a selfie with me and a number noted on a paper , done this as well , transaction still in pending.
Today they cancelled my withdrawal again , yesterday I have send the selfie with me holding id and the number they requested on the paper , today they requested picture with me holding passport and the number on the paper , this is normal , 2 weeks already they keep asking for same documents .
