Two withdrawals delayed
I made a withdrawal on Friday, 28/11, and received my winnings on Monday, 1/12.
On Sunday, 30/11, I made two additional withdrawals. These relate to the following Bet IDs:

It is now Tuesday, 9/12, and I still have not received my winnings. I am aware that withdrawals typically take 1–5 business days, but I am very convinced that the payments were not sent on Sunday.
All my previous withdrawals were smaller amounts, and they always took 2 bank days. But these two withdrawals are larger amounts, although still only between €800–1,500.
They have sent me a payment confirmation stating that the transfers were sent on December 1st, but that can’t be correct, because I would have received the withdrawals by now.
Throughout the whole process, there have been strange excuses and reasons for why my withdrawals should be delayed. I’ve been messaging customer service every day since the 3rd banking day because I could sense that something was off.
I am verified and have confirmed my account, so everything should be in order.
