Delayed Withdrawal - Withdrawal Not Received After more than multiple working Days
I am writing to file a formal complaint against 20bet Casino regarding a severely delayed and uncommunicated withdrawal of INR 16,000. My username on 20bet is < username removed >
I initiated a withdrawal of INR 16,000 on 09.07.2025. As of today, more than 7 working days have passed since my withdrawal request.
Despite this significant delay, I have received no concrete updates from 20bet. Every time I contact their support via chat, I receive the same copy-pasted message stating that they are "checking" the issue. Even my assigned manager is now providing the same unhelpful response, simply asking me to wait.
I have already submitted all my bank details to 20bet. Furthermore, I have contacted my bank directly, and they have confirmed that they have NOT received the funds. This clearly indicates the issue lies entirely with 20bet's processing. Also this issue has happened with me thrice here and payment reversal used to happen as they don't submit proper name while submitting currency in bank account. I have all documents too of this.
I find it incredibly difficult to believe that it could take over 7 working days to track a withdrawal within their own system, especially when my bank has already confirmed non-receipt. This prolonged delay and lack of transparency are raising serious doubts in my mind, leading me to suspect that 20bet may be intentionally delaying or attempting to withhold my legitimate winnings, especially since I have been profitable in my betting this month.
I have never faced such an unacceptable situation with any other online casino or company. This level of service is highly unprofessional and deeply concerning.
I urge the AskGamblers Complaint Team to investigate this matter thoroughly and intervene on my behalf to ensure that 20bet Casino processes my INR 16,000 withdrawal immediately and provides a clear explanation for this egregious delay.
