Complaint Regarding Incorrect Match Information

I would like to submit an official complaint regarding a bet I placed on the match between Ruch Chorzow and Warta Poznan, which was played on June 28, 2025.

I placed a bet on the market "Over 2.5 goals", but the match duration was only 2×39 minutes, not the standard 2×45 minutes. There was no indication whatsoever about the shortened match length on the betting site or within the match details.

Had I known that this was not a full-length match, I would never have placed this bet. The match ended 0–0, and the bet was lost, but I believe this was due to incomplete and misleading information provided about the event.

I kindly request:

The bet to be voided and the stake refunded, or

A clear explanation of why the unusual match duration was not disclosed.

From this page you can see clearly that they played only 2×39 min.

We have betting rules for friendly games, and customer has to know them before placing a bet.
All match markets are based on the outcome at the end of a scheduled 90 minutes play unless contrarily declared. This involves added damage or stoppage time but does not include extra time, time allocated for a penalty shootout, or a golden goal.
Exceptions to this rule apply to friendly matches in which all match markets will be settled based on the final score at the end of the game. This does not depend on whether the full 90 minutes have been played. If the statutory time for a football match differs from 90 minutes, these rules apply.
For example, an 80-minute match also includes overtime and overtime, but not overtime or penalty shootouts, unless otherwise noted. Matches in which the statutory time is less than 45 minutes or more than 120 minutes will be invalid. In the event of unusual periods of time, bets will stand as long as the total statutory match time is between 45 and 120 minutes. If the football match is not completed, winnings will be paid in accordance with article 1.5 of these rules, except for bets placed on “first goal”, “half of the match”, and any other bets on statistics, where the result could not change during the rest of the match.

On 04/06/2026 at 14:41 I placed bet #64344303 on the match Minnesota Twins vs Kansas City Royals for 04/06/2026 at 18:40 (as shown in 20Bet’s own betting history). Market: Total (incl. extra innings) over 8.5. Stake: S/1,000 at odds 1.92.
The official result on 04/06/2026 was Kansas City Royals 8 - Minnesota Twins 6 (14 runs total), clearly exceeding 8.5. My bet won.
The bet was not settled automatically. On 05/06/2026 I contacted support and was told a specialist team was reviewing it. On 06/06/2026 it was manually settled as a loss with an impossible result of 0-0 — which cannot occur in MLB baseball as there are no draws.
20Bet claims the bet was for the match on 06/06/2026. This is impossible because their own system registered the event as 04/06/2026 at 18:40. Additionally, the result they registered (0-0) does not correspond to any real MLB game on any date.
I have provided full evidence including screenshots of their own platform, official match results, and the complete email chain. They have refused to correct the settlement after multiple contacts.

Withdrawal is stuck

I found a high rating of 20bets on AskGamblers.

So I first deposited USDT on 25th May, 2026. Then played some cricket bets. Then I requested my first withdrawal.

On that day, I got an email stating that the withdrawal had been cancelled and that I needed to upload documents.

Then I uploaded documents.

After the documents got verified, I again requested a withdrawal on 29th May. Since then, my withdrawal is pending.

I contacted live support several times. They are telling same words that the withdrawal request is in the live queue for review, and upon completion of all verifications, the status of payout will be updated accordingly.

This is really frustrating.

Skrill withdrawal is pending and delayed over 35 hours

I am a fully verified player at 20bet (my account verification was completed and approved before making any transaction).

On 13/05/2026 at 21:33:30, I placed a withdrawal request of 200 EUR via Skrill [22bet]. A few hours later, on 14/05/2026 at 01:49:09, I requested a second withdrawal of my remaining balance of 20 EUR.

The official 24-hour processing time that 20bet guarantees for e-wallets in their terms and conditions has already expired. My money is still kept as "Pending" in my transaction history. When I contacted live chat, they refused to process it and gave me automated excuses about "internal security reviews" just to delay my payment and force me to reverse the withdrawal.

I have already submitted full proof of my Skrill account ownership during my verification process, which was accepted. There is no legitimate reason for this delay. Please help me get my funds.

220 USDT deposit missing

I deposited 220 USDT through the Tron network, but it's been 7 days and the money still hasn't appeared in my account. The person who answers the chat always says the same thing, looks like a bot. Everyday I enter the page and ask for my deposit, and they keep saying the same thing, that they're reviewing the deposit with it's provider payment, but it's all fake, because the Tron hash transaction is correct.

I opened my account in 2021 (Went through an egregious Verification process). Deposited and withdrew numerous times throughout the years. I recently won 15000 euros and tried to withdrawal. That's when the headache began. Ive submitted every document required (drivers license, proof of residence, bank statement, and selfies.) I was denied my withdrawal over and over. Finally I received an email saying all my funds were being confiscated because I committed fraud. No fraud was committed. 20bet won't give any reasoning. they just simple stole my money without any excuse.

Two withdrawals delayed

I made a withdrawal on Friday, 28/11, and received my winnings on Monday, 1/12.

On Sunday, 30/11, I made two additional withdrawals. These relate to the following Bet IDs:

It is now Tuesday, 9/12, and I still have not received my winnings. I am aware that withdrawals typically take 1–5 business days, but I am very convinced that the payments were not sent on Sunday.

All my previous withdrawals were smaller amounts, and they always took 2 bank days. But these two withdrawals are larger amounts, although still only between €800–1,500.

They have sent me a payment confirmation stating that the transfers were sent on December 1st, but that can’t be correct, because I would have received the withdrawals by now.

Throughout the whole process, there have been strange excuses and reasons for why my withdrawals should be delayed. I’ve been messaging customer service every day since the 3rd banking day because I could sense that something was off.

I am verified and have confirmed my account, so everything should be in order.

Withdrawal pending for 4 days

I joined their site at the start of November and have had numerous issues with withdrawing winnings from my account.

My latest withdrawal of 1782.93 EUR has been pending for 4 days!!

I’ve contacted customer support each day only to receive the generic “please be patient” response. This isn’t acceptable as their own T&C’s state the withdrawal process takes up to 24 hours to complete.

I deposited €100, rolled over the bonus, won over €900 in total, and still ended up with just €100

I made a €100 deposit to 20bet to claim their 100% first deposit sports bonus. First of all, none of their affiliates mentioned that the maximum amount you can win from the bonus is €100. First sign of a scam.

I then rolled over the bonus while following all the rules. The biggest surprise came after completion: I ended up with over €900 in my account, but the balance showed only €100—not even the supposed maximum €100 win was included. I asked support about it, and they replied:

“Please be informed that you have already used the deposit for bets, and now you receive winnings from the bonus wager on your balance.”

So I deposited €100, rolled over the bonus, won over €900 in total, and still ended up with just €100? That doesn’t sound legit to me.

Voided bet after the match is played

On August 8, 2025, I placed a bet on the 20Bet website on a Finnish U20 football league (P20 Ykkönen) match: U20 Sapa vs. U20 Kontu Ita-Helsinki.

I bet on the 1x2 market, picking option 2, meaning a win for U20 Kontu Ita-Helsinki, with odds of 6.00. I placed multiple bets of €10–€50 each, totaling €500. The match ended 0–4 in favor of U20 Kontu Ita-Helsinki, so my bets won. The bookmaker initially paid the winnings into my account, bringing my balance to €3,000.
The next day, when I checked my account, my balance was only €500, and my bets on that match had been voided. I asked in their live chat why my stake had been refunded, and most likely a bot replied that my stake had been refunded because the match result had been known in advance. I responded that I had placed my bets a day before the match started, so I could not have known the final result. They only replied that the team had made a decision and it could not be changed.

On August 10, 2025, I also sent an email to [email protected] about the matter, but I have not received a reply. Now I am wondering whether it can really be the case that a bookmaker can freeroll my €500 stake by declaring after my winning bets that the match result was fixed, without providing any proof of that. In that case, a bettor would have no chance of winning if the bookmaker refunds the stake from winning bets. Would my stake have been refunded if I had lost the bet—if Sapa U20 had won? I doubt it.
A bookmaker should void bets before the match starts if they intend to do so, not after the match when result is known. Of course, I have no information that the match was fixed, and there has been no news or information anywhere in the media or on the internet suggesting it was, so this seems to be a completely made-up explanation. I placed the bet purely on a hunch, and now I feel cheated. Therefore, I want 20Bet to pay my full winnings, as they rightfully should in this case.

Account closed and deposits held back

I played quite a lot on 20bet . First I lost, deposited more, then I Won. So I had my deposit balance + winnings in the account.

Then after verifying account, sending all they need, I got message about that my account was closed, due to fraud. I have tried to ask how I can have been doing fraud, with what I have sent and what they have, but they dont answer me about that. I have not played in any fixed matches or so.

I have reviewed their Terms and Conditions but still do not understand what led to this decision.

I would appreciate any guidance or support in resolving this issue. And most important for me, after reading their terms I know I have rights to get back my deposits on my account. They have only sent my last deposit, that was a low % of my total deposits.
