Not crediting my balance and erasing evidence
Hello, I have been playing with 1xbet since I could remember myself, that is why this post is kind of uncomfortable to me.
On 1st of August ( it's been over 34 hours already) I made crypto deposit. After 2 hours the money were still not credited and I decided to contact their chat support. They asked for screenshot of the transaction. I gave them direct link to the blockchain where they can see my transaction, including screenshot from my wallet including transaction text id. Chat support told me - they have some issue and it will be fix anytime soon. Fine.
I keep contacting them on email and on the phone to ask them what is going on, the answer is always generic: "we are working on it and people are reviewing your transaction" (keep in mind 24 hours is the max time for crypto transaction to be credited according their terms and conditions).
Today I woke up (34 hours since my deposit). No money. I write them in the chat. They have no idea about my issue now and request me to send them my transaction ID and screenshot again. I call on the phone. They also have no idea about my issue. After 10s of calls and 10s of time me contacting to them and they requesting details, now everything for my case is erased. No information about it, no email provided, no explanation.
It almost feel like intentional fuck up and trying to cover their mistake.
