Not giving withdrawal amount and just indefinite delay

On 12th July 2026 I put withdrawal request of 2 amount of rs 7400 and rs 2600 respectively and it showed withdrawal successful. I used the bank transfer method for that. After almost 10 days when I didn't receive my money, I raised 2 query with query no. 1 - 19724306 and query no. 2 19724319 for rs 7400 and rs 2600.

I was very stressed as I was not getting any update nor did I recieve my money in next 24 hours, they told me I will recieve my resolution of query by 23rd July evening but nothing happened.

Fast forward to today i.e September 1st, and I have raised almost 100 customer support calls and tension of mails and 6 times shared my bank statement again and again and begged the 1x bet team to give my money. They kept reading the standard script and told me to wait for few more hours and I will recieve my money. Multiple times I asked them for a utr and proof of transaction so that even I can contact my bank, but nothing was given, not even a notification regarding the update let alone any money, it's been 40 days since I have raised the queries and it's been 50 days since I placed the withdrawal request. I feel I am made fool around by the support team and have been absolutely waste of time to ask assistance from them, this is my hope to get my rs 10000 combined of both the query amount and please donthe need ful.

"Update for AskGamblers mediator: 1xBet support has now confirmed via email that my account was blocked under a false 'gambling addiction' pretense following my withdrawal complaints. However, support explicitly admitted in writing: 'Do not worry about your amount. Your amount is safe and you will definitely receive it.' Since they acknowledge my money is safe but have blocked login access, I request the mediator to instruct 1xBet to directly remit my INR 10,000 to my verified bank account."
Most importantly, 1xBet support explicitly confirmed in writing:
"Do not worry about your amount. Your amount is safe and you will definitely receive it."
Since 1xBet officially acknowledges that my funds of INR 10,000 (Queries #19724306 and #19724319) are safe and owed to me, but my account login remains restricted, I request the AskGamblers team to instruct 1xBet’s corporate representative to process a direct payout of the INR 10,000 to my verified bank account on file so this complaint can be marked resolved.

So the scammers threatened me to block my account and now I can't sign in my own 1x wallet account and it's showing invalid id or username.
This is absolutely insane

Update for the mediator: While waiting for a response on this complaint, my family and I were contacted on WhatsApp by a foreign number (+44 333 057 6218) claiming to represent 1xBet's Payments Team. They quoted my home address and demanded that I re-deposit INR 10,000 to 'release' my pending withdrawals. When I refused, they threatened to close my account. This indicates a severe data leak of my private information and aggressive scam tactics tied to my pending funds. I am adding these chat logs as additional evidence of the unfair and unsafe treatment I am experiencing."

I have sent an email 21.8. for the security team to send me detailed infomation on how to verify my account. I don´t have a bank card available anymore that i used to make deposits from. 6500 MAD deposit missing for more than 30 days

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with 1xBet.
My ID is 814036181.

More than 30 days ago, I deposited 6,500 MAD into my 1xBet account. The transaction was completed successfully, but the money was never credited to my account. My balance still shows 0 MAD.

I opened a support request (reference 18723541) and provided all the documents requested, including:

-The official bank deposit receipt
-My bank statement
-A video recording documenting the transfer
-Additional documents requested by their support team

Despite providing all this evidence, my request was rejected, claiming that the documents did not prove the transfer.
The support team opened another request under 20028267 still pending until the moment.

What is particularly frustrating is that I have already provided everything requested and have repeatedly contacted their support team, yet after more than a month, my 6,500 MAD is still missing and there has been no satisfactory resolution.

I trusted 1xBet because of its reputation and had never experienced such an issue before. Unfortunately, this experience has seriously damaged my confidence in the platform.

I simply want my 6,500 MAD to be properly credited to my account or returned to me.

I hope 1xBet will finally investigate this matter seriously and resolve it.

Dear Askgamblers/1XBET,

First of all, I love the 1XBET site and the wide range of sports betting options it offers. I created my account sometime in may 2025, so more than a year ago, and I was verified without any problems. I've also never had any issues with withdrawals.

Until the end of july 2026.

I won €482.76, which is my current balance. I wanted to withdraw some of the money, but I was prompted to submit documents. Since I had already been verified, I assumed this was simply a routine check that is required from time to time. I have no problem with that.

Now, the problem is that I need to email 1XBET's security team regarding a document, but they don't respond. I sent an email from my registered 1XBET email address on July 22 at 11:35 AM Finland time. It is now August 24, 32 days later, and I still have not received any reply. It has been more than a month, which is an unreasonably long time to wait for a response.

I thought that perhaps there was an issue with my Outlook email address, as some betting companies sometimes have problems sending emails to Outlook.com accounts. Therefore, I forwarded the original email to my alternative Gmail account and sent the same message to support from that account on August 15. Now, five days later, I still have not received a response.

In the attachment (private) I added screenshots of my send e-mail from my outlook.com account on july 22 and in the other attachment the e-mail I send from my alternative e-mail from august 19.

Again, I love playing on 1XBET and have never had any issues with withdrawals in the past. Verification is not the problem, as I have previously been verified on this website. However, I now need to verify my account again, but I am not being given the option to do so, and the security team is not responding.

Because of this, I am currently unable to withdraw any part of my €482.75 balance. There is also no point in continuing to play on the website when I know I cannot withdraw my funds.

I would be happy to continue playing on 1XBET once the verification and withdrawal issues have been resolved.

Withdrawal of 4098 MAD stuck for over 30 days due to 1xBet technical Issue

Hello AskGamblers Team,

I am filing this complaint against 1xBet because my deposited funds (4098 MAD) have been stuck for over a month due to a technical deadlock in their payment system. Furthermore, I have not received any response from the 1xBet Security Team regarding my recent emails to resolve the issue.

My account was restricted from making deposits, but I was officially authorized by 1xBet to withdraw my remaining balance. However, the system currently only allows me to withdraw via "Mobcash" (local cash agents).

Here is the technical loop I am trapped in: The Mobcash system automatically rejects my withdrawal attempts because it requires a player to have made a prior deposit with the chosen agent. Since 1xBet blocked my account from depositing, I physically cannot fulfill this system requirement.

Crucially, the 1xBet Security Team explicitly acknowledged this technical flaw in writing and instructed me to find a local agent and send their details for "manual approval" to resolve the system limitation.

The First Attempt: They manually approved a withdrawal with a first agent, but the transaction still failed. This was entirely out of my control; the Mobcash system rejected it because that specific agent's account balance limit was not high enough to receive the 4098 MAD.

The Second Attempt: I recently provided the details of a new, verified Mobcash agent (Agency: Isco Service), exactly as 1xBet requested. I sent these details on August 16th. Since then, I have not received any response from the Security Team.

To make matters worse, I live in the city of Kenitra, and this new agent is located in Casablanca. Because I only found this agent on Facebook, I cannot trust them with the withdrawal code online. I must physically travel to Casablanca to complete the transaction face-to-face. I cannot risk wasting time and money traveling all the way there just to face another system limit failure upon arrival.

MY REQUEST FOR A PRACTICAL RESOLUTION: Because of these constant Mobcash system limitations, the most practical solution to resolve this technical issue is for 1xBet to change my withdrawal method to a Direct Bank Transfer.

To prove absolute transparency and to clear any possible doubts regarding Money Laundering (AML) or security concerns, I want the funds sent directly to my personal CIH Bank account in Morocco. I have attached my official bank statement (RIB/IBAN) to this complaint. I am fully prepared to provide my National ID and any other proof required by the Security Team.

Therefore, my request to 1xBet is clear. Please provide ONE of the following:

Open the Bank Transfer option on my account so I can receive my money safely and practically.

OR, provide written pre-confirmation that this specific new agent has sufficient limits to receive the full 4098 MAD successfully, so I can travel to Casablanca with peace of mind.

ARS 1280000 withdrawal marked as completed but never received

I made a withdrawal of ARS 1,280,000 from 1xBet to Mercado Pago on July 19, 2026, at 12:46 PM.

The withdrawal is shown as “completed” in my 1xBet account, but the money was never credited to my Mercado Pago account.

I have contacted 1xBet support several times. They informed me that the case was escalated to the relevant department and that they are currently waiting for a response from the payment provider.

They also requested a Mercado Pago account statement, which I provided to demonstrate that the funds were never received.

It has now been more than 30 days since I made the withdrawal, and I still have not received the money or a concrete explanation of what happened to the transfer.

1xBet has informed me that there is a unique transfer number associated with the transaction, but so far they have not provided me with a valid transfer receipt or proof that would allow me to verify that the funds were actually sent and received by Mercado Pago.

I am asking 1xBet to investigate and resolve this matter definitively by providing proof of payment and the full traceability of the transaction. If the payment provider confirms that the funds were not credited to Mercado Pago, I request that the ARS 1,280,000 be immediately returned to my 1xBet account.

I have screenshots of the withdrawal, my conversations with 1xBet support, and my Mercado Pago account statement as supporting documentation.

On 12 August 2026, I made a deposit of 3,800,000 UZS to my 1xBet account via bank card. The transaction was successfully processed and the amount was charged from my card (bank payment confirmation attached), but it was never credited to my 1xBet account balance.

I immediately opened a support ticket with 1xBet regarding this issue. It has now been more than 10 days since I first reported the problem. I am submitting this complaint regarding a withdrawal of S/8,000 (Peruvian soles) from my 1xBet account.

I requested the withdrawal on July 20, 2026, using bank transfer to my BCP bank account in Peru. The withdrawal was approved, but I have still not received the money in my bank account.

As of August 21, 2026, more than one month has passed since I requested the withdrawal.

I have contacted 1xBet customer support repeatedly regarding this issue. My support request/ticket number is 19751561. However, I have only received general responses stating that my withdrawal is being processed by their financial department and that I should continue waiting.

I have specifically requested the following information from 1xBet:

2. What is the exact date on which the payment was sent?

I am requesting your assistance regarding my blocked account and the prolonged verification process with 1xBet.

I initially fully cooperated with 1xBet's verification process through email and provided the information requested by their team. After that, I was asked to complete a video verification. I cooperated with this requirement as well, and my video verification was successfully completed.

After completing the video verification, instead of completing the verification of my account, my account was moved to a blocked-account appeal process. I was then asked to provide several additional notarized documents and declarations concerning my identity, Source of Funds, Source of Wealth, PEP status, and other transaction-related information.

I again fully cooperated with the operator. On 21 August 2026, I submitted all the requested notarized documents and supporting information for the blocked-account appeal.

I have made every reasonable effort to cooperate with the verification process and have provided the documents requested by the operator in good faith. I am also willing to provide any reasonable additional information if something specific is still required.

After submitting all the documents, I contacted the Security Team by email to inform them that the requested documents had been submitted and to ask for confirmation that the documents had been received and were under review.

Instead of confirming receipt or providing an update regarding my submitted documents, I received the following response:

“Dear customer, all consulting on the matter of your request was provided earlier in this mail thread.”

This response does not confirm whether my newly submitted documents have actually been received, whether they are being reviewed, or whether any particular document is missing or insufficient.

I respectfully believe that after complying with the operator's document request and submitting the requested notarized information, I should at least receive a clear confirmation regarding the status of my submission.

I do not want to make any unsupported accusation against 1xBet. My intention is simply to have a fair, transparent and reasonable verification process. I have cooperated with every verification step requested from me and have submitted the documents requested for the blocked-account appeal.

Account blocked during verification and withdrawal of my funds delayed

I am submitting this complaint regarding my 1xBet account, which has been blocked/restricted during the verification process, while my funds remain inaccessible.

I have been a verified customer of 1xBet for a long time, and I have completed verification procedures previously without any similar issue.
