I am an affiliate partner with 1xPartners. My earned commissions are transferred to my player account (ID: 571033855) for withdrawal. While a previous technical issue with SMS codes has been resolved, my account remains under a "Security Review" that has lasted over 57 days.

​Key Issues:

​Unanswered Emails: As shown in the attached screenshots, I have sent multiple follow-up emails regarding my verification (on Nov 21, Nov 24, Dec 7, and a final escalation). The 1xBet security team has completely ignored all my inquiries for over 57 days.

​KYC Submission:

I submitted my ID, Bank Statement, and Selfie on November 24, 2025. I have received no feedback or confirmation of receipt despite the 10-business-day standard review period having long passed.

​Earned Funds:

My balance of $2,962.16 consists of legitimate affiliate commissions. I have a history of 8 successful withdrawals, proving my account's integrity.

​I am requesting AskGamblers to assist in getting my KYC documents reviewed and my withdrawal restriction lifted, as the standard support channels are no longer responding to me

I would like to clarify that the operator’s latest response does not resolve my complaint.

I have already contacted suppor­t@1­xpa­rtn­ers.com several times, starting from November 24th, 2025, followed by December 7th, 2025, and finally sending a final complaint on January 17th, 2026.

Despite waiting over 60 days, I did not receive any response from the operator.

The attached screenshots confirm that my emails were sent in the order above, long before this complaint was submitted.

Redirecting me now to the same support address that previously ignored my requests appears to be a delay tactic rather than a genuine attempt to resolve the issue.

I respectfully request that 1xBet Partners provide a final resolution through this complaint and release my legitimately earned affiliate commissions in the amount of $2,962.16 USD, or clearly state the exact reason for withholding these funds.

I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with 1xBet Partners’ latest responses regarding my blocked affiliate commissions ($2,962.16 USD).

This is clearly the third attempt to reset the complaint timeframe using circular questions that have already been fully answered and documented.

1. Proof of Communication with "Manager":

As shown in my previous attachments (emails dated November 24, 2025; December 7, 2025; and January 17, 2026), I have contacted the official support/manager channel at suppor­t@p­art­ner­s1x­bet.com multiple times, as instructed by the Security Team.

All emails have been ignored for over 60 days. I have no private manager contact outside these official channels.

2. Intentional Delay Tactics:

The operator continues to ask repetitive and irrelevant questions, such as whether I have contacted my manager, which is clearly a tactic to reset the timeframe without addressing the $2,962.16 payout.
This behavior demonstrates bad faith and deliberate avoidance of resolving the complaint.

3. Immediate Request for AskGamblers Intervention:

I respectfully but firmly request that AskGamblers intervene directly in this complaint to:

Stop all further timeframe resets by 1xBet Partners.
Ensure that the blocked funds ($2,962.16 USD) are released immediately.

4. Final Demand:
If 1xBet Partners cannot provide a final decision or release the funds within the current timeframe, I request that this case be closed as UNRESOLVED.
I have already provided over 60 days of documented proof of their silence and failure to respond. No further extensions or delays should be granted.
