I contacted 1xBet support but they are not responding. My previous complaint was rejected because I submitted it in the casino section instead of affiliate section.

I have attached screenshots from my Affiliate Panel showing the pending withdrawals.

Please help me get my affiliate commission paid.

- March 2025: $337.75 - Status: Carried over

My account is active, I bring traffic, and there is no violation in my account.
My affiliate manager is online but does not respond to me.

Please provide a concrete payment date for the full amount of $1,170.42.
"Clarifying information" is not acceptable after 4 months of waiting.

I expect payment this week.
