I contacted 1xBet support but they are not responding. My previous complaint was rejected because I submitted it in the casino section instead of affiliate section.

I have attached screenshots from my Affiliate Panel showing the pending withdrawals.

Please help me get my affiliate commission paid.

Here is the proof:
- June 2025: $235.85 - Status: Pending
- May 2025: $284.32 - Status: Carried over
- April 2025: $312.50 - Status: Carried over
- March 2025: $337.75 - Status: Carried over

My account is active, I bring traffic, and there is no violation in my account.
My affiliate manager is online but does not respond to me.

Please provide a concrete payment date for the full amount of $1,170.42.
"Clarifying information" is not acceptable after 4 months of waiting.

I expect payment this week.

My manager confirmed he received my request for $1,170.42 unpaid commissions.

I have :
- 45 registrations
- 43 deposits
- $235.85 Available for withdrawal

I am waiting for the payment date this week from my manager.
If no payment is received, I will update this complaint as UNRESOLVED.

The issue is NOT resolved.

1xPartners still owes me $1,170.42 for 43 depositing players.
My dashboard shows $235.85 available for withdrawal but they refuse to pay.

The last message I got from 1xBet was just a template from their player support (Junior operator) asking me to change my email - it has nothing to do with my affiliate commission.

Please keep the complaint OPEN. I am waiting for 1xPartners to give a real payment date for the $1,170.42.
