I would like to request that you reconsider my complaint because I now have additional evidence.
My 1xPartners account clearly shows that I have $148.43 available for withdrawal (“Disponible pour retrait”). However, I am unable to withdraw these funds.
I have attached screenshots showing:
* My available balance of $148.43.
* My payment method (Neteller USD) configured in my profile.
* My payment history, which shows no successful withdrawals.
Despite contacting 1xPartners support, I have not received a clear explanation for why I cannot withdraw my available balance.
I kindly ask you to review my complaint again based on this new evidence.
