Kryptosino Affiliates - Unpaid Since January 2026

We are submitting this complaint regarding unpaid affiliate earnings from the Kryptosino affiliate program.

Our account has an outstanding balance of €2,841.11, which has remained unpaid since January 2026. Since that time, we have made multiple attempts to resolve this directly with the affiliate team.

Beginning in February, we were repeatedly informed that payment would be processed “this week,” “next week,” or “within a few days.” Despite these assurances, no payment has been received, and no clear explanation has been provided for the delay.

Over the past months, communication has been inconsistent and lacking in transparency. We have not been given a definitive timeline, reason for the delay, or confirmation of when the outstanding amount will be settled.

As an affiliate operating within the industry, we consider timely and transparent payments a fundamental requirement of any affiliate partnership. The continued delays and absence of clear communication have raised serious concerns on our side.

This complaint is submitted to formally document the issue and to bring awareness to the affiliate community regarding our experience with the Kryptosino affiliate program.

We kindly request:

Immediate clarification regarding the status of the outstanding payment
A confirmed and specific payment date
Settlement of the full outstanding balance of €2,841.11 without further delay
