Kryptosino Affiliates - Pending Affiliate Payment Since April 2023

Hello,

I want to express a significant concern that has unfortunately remained unresolved for an extended period of time. As of April 2023, we have an outstanding payment of €509 from Kryptosino. At that time they had an issue with their system and had to manually calculate our earnings which summed up to 509 EURO.

Despite our understanding of the circumstances and our patience, it is unfortunate to note that as we enter February 2024, this payment has yet to be settled.

Our team has made numerous attempts to amicably resolve this matter, dedicating months to follow up on the outstanding payment. Regrettably, these efforts have been met with a lack of responsiveness, leaving us without a resolution.

We were finally able to reach one of their affiliate managers by the name of William just a month ago which was helpful and acknowledged the missing payment and promised to pay us by last month, unfortunately no action was done from their side,he is always very hard to reach and keeps disappearing without any response.

We have Screenshots and emails of our conversations with their affiliate managers as evidence of our claim.

We understand that mishaps and delays can occur, but in 2 months it will be 1 year chasing our commission. We are hopeful for a swift resolution and the prompt processing of the overdue payment of €509.
