Kryptosino Affiliates - Pending Affiliate Payment Since September 2024

After receiving two payments previously, I am still waiting for my money. It's been 2 months since they told me that I would receive my payment between the 15th and 25th of September, but I still haven't received anything. Additionally, the Affiliate Manager has stopped responding on Skype. It's a small amount—500 EUR—but still...
