I’m writing regarding our Kryptosino affiliate account, where we currently have €18,032.53 in commissions pending approval by the merchant. Unfortunately, we’ve experienced significant delays in communication:
The original affiliate manager responded very slowly and then ceased replying altogether.
The new manager has also been extremely slow and unresponsive, especially concerning payment inquiries.
In addition, our account shows € –3,912.38 in chargebacks. Could you please clarify the reason for these chargebacks and provide any supporting details?
This is a substantial amount for us, and timely resolution is important. We would greatly appreciate your assistance in:
Escalating the approval of the €18,032.53 in pending commissions.
Explaining the € 3,912.38 in chargebacks, including dates and transaction details.
Confirming when we can expect payment.
