Genesis stopped paying invoices after June. We have followed up them multiple times and account manager is not sure whether invoices are being paid or not anymore. They have been giving multiple reasons for delays in the past 2 months.
Unpaid commission June: 3966.45€
Unpaid commission July: 2039.10€
Unpaid commission August: 2275.13€
Appreciate any assistance with this issue.
