Genesis Affiliate - No paid commission

We have not been paid for June, July and now we are due august in 14 days time. We have asked for constant updates and have been told they do not know why no affiliates have not been paid. We have not been given a time frame and have only been told they understand if we want to remove them from our site. I have asked for direct contact with the finance team but have been told they are not allowed to give this information out. I am due to travel to Malta in the next few weeks so I will be visiting the office to ask what is happening.
