Genesis Affiliate - Affiliation Not been Paid

I have still not received July's Affiliation Payment. My affiliate manager is not being updated on the current situation. I find this very frustrating because I can't stream if I have not been paid. I work with 2 other affiliate companies and they pay me on time every month. How can I promote my website that hosts your casinos if I'm not being paid the money I have earnt for both myself and your company?
