1xBet - Stalling commission payment until supposed payout commission become negative

Here I would like to place a complaint again 1xbet affliate which i believe purposely stalling a suppose paid commision on 04.10.20 amount of 976.66 USD with an unprofessional reason given to myself, as of today on 13.10.20, the suppose paid commision has become negative which I already predicted as of the result of purposely delaying the commision payout,

Today I received email from partner1xbet saying that their Skrill account has some problem again in paying out commision, Ive changed the receiving method to Neteller and hopefully the payment will go through as what I can see I had positive commision amount ( 1+++ USD).

Again 1xbet transferred my supposed paid out commision which due today 20 Oct 2020 in the amount of 1707.77USD to the next payment date without solid reason ( their reason Skrill having problem to receive payment )
