Mate Affiliates - Payment not done from mate affiliates since 3 months

hi , this complaint is against mate affilates for whom we gave traffic in july 2020 and august 2020 . they have not paid us our commissions even once although payment terms promised were 20 days after month end .

our account manager mr adam < surname removed > is not responding to us .

we have no updates from them over mail or any other way . request you to get our commissions released from them at the earliest .

Your account has been identified by our fraud department with several breaches on the terms and conditions:

6.3 To sign up as a player or make deposits directly or indirectly to any account by using own tracking links for personal use and/or use of his relatives, friends, employees or third parties, or in any other way attempt to artificially increase the commission payments or defraud the Company.

6.4 The use of any kind of fraud in Mateaffiliates to increase your own profit (the game under your affiliate link; the use of dedicated advertising resources to the detriment of Mateaffiliates).

6.8 Partners are strictly not allowed to open personal accounts in the Casino. If such a fact is detected, the administration will immediately block personal accounts of the Partner and of the gamblers he brought to the program and the money from all those accounts will be written off in favor of the Casino. Family members of the Partner and people who are close to him are also under the effect of this rule.

Therefore, your account has been de-activated.

In good faith terms, you have been offered 55% RS from all your players. Please confirm this meets your expectation, otherwise we will provide Ask Gamblers team all needed proof on the case.

As per intimation from there manager , they agreed to pay 418.35 euros for all the players on Rev Share Calculation .

We are ready to close the complaint if we receive 418.35 euros from them .
